Geoffrey Corin
Sussex

Born in London but lived in Paris until he was ten years old, Geoffrey has had an extraordinarily varied life. When in the Royal Signals during his national service he listened in to the Russian secret service. Later worked in the city taking over a children's wear shop inporting the first children's tights into the UK... at a guinea a pair! But cooking was always in his blood fro a very early age. He trained in Gstaad in Switzerland, cooking for Prince and Pricess Ranier, Charlie Chaplin and David Niven among many. He opened his cottage in Sussex as a restaurant where dining was a real experience. He learned to fly, often flying to the Channel isleands just for lunch, hobnobbed with chefs such as the Roux brothers, Mossiman and the cheff at the Ritz.. Demonstrated at Earls Court and Olympia, and re-organised the restaurant at Madame Tussauds.

Food is his passion. Geoffrey lets you into the secrets of a Master Chef with all its humour and crisis... and he never uses the F word!
