Barbara Laughton,
now Mrs Berry, is a colourful personality who believes that everyone
can be as happy as they make up their minds to be. Despite the 'blows'
she has managed to come back and look at her cup of life as half full
not half empty.
To her role as wife, mother, and grandmother she has added the thrills of rallying, flying light aircraft, yachting, repertory acting and playing in the 'mixed gruesomes' at her local golf club. Her message is mainly to women, giving them encouragement and hope, especially those with whom life has dealt harshly - but in her portfolio she has titles suitable for mixed audiences.

Barbara's dream was to "be happily married". She has been, several times - but the men she married are now "happily married to someone else!"
